***The T-Ball season will begin with practice starting around April 1st and will end around June 8th***

T-Ball is offered to pre-school and kindergarten kids, ages 4-6 years old. Players must turn 4 years of age by April 1st of the current season.

Cost is $75.

T-Ball teams are co-ed.

During the registration process, parents may make a special request for a specific coach or for their child to be placed on a team with another specific player. SYS will make every effort to accommodate these requests, however, it is not guaranteed.

T-Ball practices generally begin in late March or early April. The practice schedule (days, times, locations) is determined by each team's coaching staff. 

T-Ball teams generally practice once per week. However, some teams may choose to practice twice per week.

T-Ball games will be played on Saturday mornings. Games will be played in Stayton, Sublimity, Scio, Mehama and Mill City.

T-Ball players must have their own glove and batting helmet. Bats are optional - SYS will provide two bats per team to be used if a player does not have their own bat.

T-Ball players will be provided with a team t-shirt and hat as a uniform. Players may wear baseball pants, sweats, or shorts.

T-Ball players may wear cleats or tennis shoes.
