Santiam Youth Sports is always in need of coaches for all age divisions.

All coaches must complete the following requirements:
     * Register online at www.santiamyouthsports.com - "Become a Coach" link 
     * Submit to a criminal background check
     * Complete the annual "Head's Up Concussion Training" course offered through the Center for Disease Control. This must
        be completed on an annual basis. The training is free, is done on-line and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Upon
        completion of the training, please print your certificate and submit a copy to Santiam Youth Sports via email. The training must
        be completed and Santiam Youth Sports must receive a copy of the certificate PRIOR to the first practice.

All JBO Coaches must review and sign the JBO Code of Conduct Form.

Once you have reviewed and signed the Code of Conduct form, please email it to Santiam Youth Sports.
