2025 / 2026 BASKETBALL

SYS is now offering recreational basketball for the following age groups:

1st/2nd Grade Co-ed
3rd/4th Grade Girls
3rd/4th Grade Boys
5th/6th Grade Girls
5th/6th Grade Boys

    
1st/2nd Grade Co-ed
     * Practices will begin the week of October 27th, 2025.
     * Practices will be held 1-2 nights per week.
     * Games will begin on November 8th, 2025, and end on December 13th,2025.
     *Games will be held on Saturday. 
     *Team photos will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025. 
    
3rd/4th Grade Girls and 3rd/4th Grade Boys
     * Practices will begin the week of January 5th, 2026.
     * Practices will be held 2 nights per week.
     * Games will begin on January 17th, 2026, and end on February 21st, 2026. 
     *Games will be held on Saturday. 
     *Games will be played in Stayton and Mill City.
     *Team photos for 3rd/4th Basketball will be held on Saturday, January 24th, 2026.

5th/6th Grade Girls and 5th/6th Grade Boys
     * Evaluation clinic - we might do an eval clinic in October 2025 (All players must attend)
     * Practices will begin October 27th, 2025.
     * Practices will be held 2 nights per week.
     * Games schedule to be determined.
     *Games will be played in Stayton, Crosshill Christian in Turner, and Mill City.
     *Team photos will be held on Saturday, November 22nd, 2025.
